Summer Internship
Specific responsibilities will be dependent on placement. Possible internship opportunities include:
- Environmental, Health, and Safety:
- Develop and optimize comprehensive incident reporting tools and processes for our organization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide Continuous Improvement recommendations for streamlining data and the reporting process across multiple locations, improving efficiency, and increasing accuracy in incident reporting
- People Team:
- Assist in a comprehensive Continuous Improvement project to review, catalog, and update all job descriptions within the organization to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Partner with HR Business Partners and cross-functional department managers to assist in identifying clear career path options for employees, facilitating their professional growth and development.
About the Role

These individuals will have the chance to learn from a diverse group of cross-functional professionals and take part is several curated development sessions to support your ongoing preparation for entering the professional world.

- Must be local to the DFW area and able to work a hybrid schedule.
- Must be actively pursuing a college degree.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Desirable:
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
