About the role 

 

The purpose of this role is to manage projects and support work sales and marketing department for business in Eastern Europe. The person will have a strong relationship with Country Manger and other Managers. Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. 

 

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role: 

  • Managing and implementing project rollouts and new initiatives for EE 

  • Delivering proposal for business initiatives to achieve improvement in business effectiveness 

  • Effectively manage projects to be delivered within the expected time scope, budget and business requirements 

  • Regularly review processes to develop and implement plans for process changes in support of mainstream initiatives 

  • To be the key interface for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and all other sales supporting departments 

  • Managing the full project process: planning, risks identification, implementation, monitoring, measuring and reviewing 

  • Project team building/resourcing and management 

  • Ensuring the coherent reporting system reflecting changing business needs 

  • Running business needs analysis and recommending appropriate projects for Country Manager approval 

  • Developing and adjusting existing and new processes and procedures for EE. 

 

 

What you will bring: 

  • 1,5 -4 years of experience.  

  • Previous planning experience essential 

  • Experience in a formal planning methodology 

  • Working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Project 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint software 

  • Strong understanding of business model, processes and structures
