Inside Sales Specialist

Internal Account Manager will be responsible for generating the sales leads opportunities, handling new and existing customer relationship to a required level of performance, delivering RS commercial agenda, acting in line with agreed discount efficiency and bringing to life the RS Value Preposition through successful negotiation and customer interaction.

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:

  • Delivering sales and margin growth through proactive telephone, mail and other available channels
  • Consistently delivering great customer experience
  • Supporting sales and marketing campaigns with proactive approach to targeted customers
  • Generating and qualifying sales leads and opportunities with specific focus on key customers
  • Managing existing key customer group relationship to deliver an encouraged level of performance
  • Offering appropriate level of discounts to win/retain business according to RS policies

What you will bring:

  • Proficient Polish language and at least B1 level of English
  • Proven experience of working in sales environment
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, forming and maintaining positive relationships at all levels
  • Ability to simply communicate complex solutions
  • Shows a desire to continuous development
  • MS Office – Outlook, Excel
