About the role

 

The Customer Solution Delivery team objective is to support the delivery of operational excellence through incessant improvement with the focus on technology, process improvement and automation opportunities along with global standardization.  The primary role of a Customer Solution Performance Resolution agent is to manage various business exceptions from processing, root cause analysis and implementing process resolutions to continually improve the customer/supplier journey. This is a hands-on role providing expertise in terms of business processes and change methodology and supporting KPI’s with return of investments.

 

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:

  • Manage a variation of O2C (Order to Cash) transactional exceptions by data analysis to be able to identify issues and root cause fixing
  • Work with the GSBS stakeholders to implement solutions for operational exceptions
  • Work with customers/suppliers to implement solutions for operational exceptions
  • Manage optimization of documents to maintain automation levels
  • Support the Solution Performance Hub with CI initiatives
  • Work with the Governance and Legal team to make sure all solutions are aligned to the RS ways of working
  • Support the Customer Solution Delivery Lead with the implementation of process improvement initiatives and migration of Transactional activities into the GSBS Solution Performance Hub
  • Be part of a culture of honest and open communication to get things done

 

What you will bring:

Essential:

  • Fluent English 
  • French language would be advantageous but is not necessary 
  • Data analyst environment
  • Customer focussed environment
  • Proficient knowledge in systems SAP /RPA/ CRM would be beneficial but is not required 
  • Proficient PC Skills, including Microsoft packages
  • Strong communication skill with the ability to question and challenge existing processes
  • Motivation to learn and develop
