RS PRO Business Development Manager - Italy

Business Development Manager RS Pro

We are looking for Business Development Manager RS Pro who will Support the Sales team in Italy with data led opportunities to direct accelerated ‘Own brand’ growth.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Own Brand – EMEA, with a hybrid reporting line locally in the Italy region.

The BDM RS Pro Works with Sales team to support existing customers with volume growth opportunity.

He/She works directly with the customer, provides  technical skills to determine connected application products and solutions

Engage with internal and external senior stakeholders to drive Brand value proposition awareness.

Support the use of RS PRO Own Brand Sales tools to support conversation and new sales opportunities – supporting sales teams training

 

Location: Milan- Sesto San Giovanni - Hybrid

This role will be on a hybrid basis where you can work from home and attend our offices at least 1 day per week

 

About the role

You’ll be part of a global team so the ability to communicate and build relationships across different time zones with different cultures will be critical to your success.

Leading accelerated revenue, DAG% with both customers directly and the regional sales team

Clear roadmap/ strategy of opportunity and execution of this.

Increasing profits through category mix and product alternatives

Sales tools reporting and support

 

What we’re looking for

Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Science or other related disciplines

Experience / Knowledge in Products and Marketing

Knowledge of RS PRO brand, the value proposition

Ability to communicate clearly at senior internal and External customer levels

Strong commercial acumen and experience in commercial led roles in customer and/or technical facing roles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience communication with multiple levels and stakeholders

Experience in working in a matrix organisation and influencing key stakeholders

Good interpersonal and intercultural skills that enable you to effectively interact with associates at all levels of the company and comfortable with leading change.

Strong organiser, accurate, able to prioritise effectively.

Results and data driven

Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
