Delivery Planner

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Riga office.

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: EUR 1820 - 1940 gross, depending on your skills and experience.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Delivery Planner to join our team in Riga and support our supply chain operations across EMEA region.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the supply plan from purchase order to warehouse delivery, ensuring the right level of inventory is available at the right time.

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and contributing to efficient, accurate, and scalable supply planning processes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee arrears management, ensuring that all systems reflect accurate delivery dates and include clear, well-documented updates
• Manage and maintain the Supply Plan in line with Category and Cell Inventory strategies, ensuring accurate updates in SAP / Blue Yonder (JDA) systems
• Act as the primary point of contact for supplier-related supply planning queries, supporting both external vendors and internal stakeholders (including Sales Liaison, Inventory Control, Demand Planning, Product, and Operations)
• Liaise with warehouse teams to resolve supplier delivery issues and ensure smooth operations
• Act as the first point of contact and escalation for late purchase orders
• Ensure overall data accuracy and consistency across supply planning systems

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills & Experience

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Experience with supply chain planning tools (e.g. Blue Yonder / JDA, SAP APO or similar)
• Understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation planning

• Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting.

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• High level of attention to detail and accountability
• Open, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Understanding of the industry or market we operate in
• Experience working with SAP and JDA systems
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning principles
