Title: IT Support Analyst
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Kingston upon Hull (HU14 - Melton) or Newport (NP19)
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, FTSE 100, market-leading organisation offering exposure and onward development in all areas of IT support.
Responsibilities of the role
In general, you will work on maintaining the helpdesk by responding to tickets within the agreed SLA timeframes and amongst other undertakings you will:
- Install and setup new equipment.
- Setup new users who have joined our organisation
- Resolve varied IT issues as and when they occur
- Manage the network (switches/AP’s)
- Maintain the FortiGate Firewall
- Deal with web enquiries
- Manage printers (Copiers/Lasers/Label printers)
- Provide remote support to WFH users
- Work to maintain our servers including vSphere and Windows Server 2016 to 2022
- Supporting SQL Server 2019
- Microsoft Office 365
- Support SAP Business One
- Support on our Website
- CCTV
We are looking for someone who:
- Existing experience of IT support
- Aspires to develop in all areas of Support (server-side, network, desktop, etc.)
- Desire to work in a varied environment
- Likes receiving direct feedback on working performance
Desirable:
- Experience of using SAP Business One would be great
