The objective of the position is to find, select, and recruit talent capable of meeting the company’s needs. A candidate who must also align with the company values and the existing teams. The recruiter’s role begins with talent sourcing and candidate attraction, continuing through the interview process and the hiring of new employees as well as internal promotions.
Main Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection Process, creating and posting job openings that are available in the company and evaluating candidates.

Conducting interviews and administering selection assessments (psychometric and technical) to candidates.

Providing updates on the vacancy to direct supervisors and higher management, both for external hiring and internal promotions.

Coordinating candidate schedules with the hiring manager to conduct interviews.

Supporting the Development area with projective assessments for employee development.

Following up on the candidate's process regarding administrative matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources / Clinical Psychology / Industrial Psychology / Communication / Labor Relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate conversational English proficiency.
