Internal Sales Executive, Malaysia

About the role:
Ensure to achieve area/territories sales objective and deliver exceptional service to our customers in the market.
Key Responsibilities:

Search for new business opportunities in existing accounts through the identification of new contacts. Follow up on all sales leads in a timely and effective manner.

To achieve a monthly revenue target and maintain existing customer database by research on the customer and further identify business opportunities.

Accountable for gathering competitive information from customer and market feedback and communicating it to the Sales Management

To identify the potential wallet size and opportunity to target and sell accordingly

Identify new products sales opportunities in existing customers through the careful identification of needs, thereby matching features, advantages and benefits of RS products
-
Maintain cooperative and productive inter-department relationships and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Providing weekly and accurate forecasts and pipeline documents.

Maintain a general level of knowledge on market and competitor information within own territory coverage.

Proactively inform, persuade and remind target customer about the customer marketing program
Requirements:

Skills, knowledge and experience in sales.

Telephone sales experience ideally inbound and outbound

Clear evidence of consistent target over achievement in a profit margin driven sales environment

Proven record of account development, in particular with a complex portfolio of products and services
-
Preferably with at least 2 year of experience relating to Sales, telesales and Customer service
