Role Purpose

This role will sit within OKdo, our global technology company. In this role you’ll primarily be responsible for supporting OKdo’s B2B marketing activities. This includes generating ideas, writing copy and working with various internal stakeholders to support lead generation activities for our global sales teams. You will also be working with external agencies to increase brand awareness, generate thought leadership and gain market insights.


Key Deliverables

  • Work with OKdo’s global sales team and their customers to create inspiring content such as case studies to help promote our products and services.
  • Manage a range of external agencies, these include our Account Based Marketing (ABM) partner, our lead generation partner, our content provider, our social selling agency and a range of brand awareness partners.
  • Work with internal stakeholders such as our website, design, and social media teams to share ideas and content to target new customers and nurture existing leads via our website.
  • Work with our sales team to create brochures/collateral and understand potential sponsorship opportunities OKdo could be part of to support their customers and brand awareness within new markets.
  • Organise global events, managing everything from team attendance, stand design, product demos and marketing awareness to ensure a successful event.
  • Write and send newsletters to nurture and convert leads for our sales team.
  • Manage the B2B marketing budget – ensuring ROI is proven and all spend is optimised.
  • Work with our colleagues in the RS Global marketing team to promote Technology products in North America, EMEA and APAC through their audience (via social media, newsletters, display adverts etc.)
  • Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Analysing and reporting performance of all B2B marketing campaigns, making recommendations and how performance can be improved.
  • Training the sales team on new tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and the OKdo Social selling platform


Skills Required

  • Experience working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
  • Experience creating case studies, writing newsletters and organising events.
  • Be creative and can think outside the box to solve solutions and drive new leads.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Passionate about technology, and how it can help solve many business problems
  • Have the ability to work on different project simultaneously
