Location: This role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis and will be a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and working at our Kings Cross office 1-2 days per week.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Reward Advisor, this is a key role in driving change within RS.

 

This is an exciting time to join the team with some great projects ahead.  This role would be a balance between responsibility for some of the core reward processes such as job grading and benchmarking, survey completion and preparing all our data for statutory reporting such as gender pay gap, combined with support for some of our exciting projects such as the launch of our all employee share award, the roll out of a global benefits framework and spending time bringing reward to life for our colleagues across the world.

 

About the role:

  • Responsibility for core reward processes such as benchmarking, job evaluation and Involvement in projects and supporting the reward processes including pay review, benchmarking, job evaluation
  • Focus on developing creative and engaging communication regarding company benefits (i.e. private medical cover, flexible benefits etc.)
  • Providing analytical analysis to support the reward cycle
  • Acting as a main point of contact for the EMEA region on reward and benefits related queries
  • Providing support with the annual incentive schemes
  • Working with the wider HR team to deliver HR initiatives, projects and agenda
  • Supporting with reporting activities; collecting, analysing and documenting data
  • Acting as first point of contact for all reward and benefits related queries and providing guidance and support to line managers

 

A bit about you

  • Hands on, confident with great interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy, particularly under pressure
  • Able to identify issues and problems and suggest solutions
  • Working knowledge of HR best practice approaches
  • A basic understanding of global reward and the differences between markets
  • Expert level in Excel with the ability to build macros, manage complex databases and present data in a customer friendly and highly professional manner
  • Good working knowledge of MySpace or other people systems
  • Expert with data, analysis and the ability to interrogate data to drive insight
  • Ability to pro-actively and quickly respond to customer queries
  • High standards of delivery evidenced by positive customer feedback
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers and across teams to ensure effective delivery of reward agenda
