About the role:
As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will deliver the best-in-class digital solutions for our customers. You will be part of the team that looks after Asia Pacific, with a large focus on AU, JP, SEA & HKTW. You will be supporting the Paid, Affiliates and Optimisation Manager in short-term and long-term plans to deliver the most effective results in sale, traffic, lifetime value and other key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:

Working closely with the line Manager to ensure all Digital Advertising activity falls in line with the overall strategy

Implementing, optimising and managing Paid media campaigns across multiple markets.

Ensuring all campaigns are up and optimised according to best practice guidelines

Working with the content team to ensure keywords, landing pages and ad copies are effectively optimised to maximise ROI

Managing and optimising bid strategies across multiple markets using third party tools

Managing campaign budgets accordingly

Implementing A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve ROI and account performance

Analysing and reporting performance of all Digital Advertising campaigns

Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and sharing knowledge with the team.

Training and helping to define Digital Advertising activity and strategies for a host of stakeholders in the business

Leading presentations of results, marketplace updates and competitive reports and insights

Set up and optimise programmatic campaigns
Requirements:
-
Digital Advertising (PPC) experience within APAC (preferably JP, HK, or AU) essential

Analytical and data driven approach

Good knowledge of Microsoft suites (i.e. Excel)

Excellent numerical & English communication skills

Can-do attitude with good time management skills

Great team-player
-
Adobe Analytics experience would be desirable but not essential

Written and spoken Chinese or Japanese is an advantage
