Deliver and drive excellency in delivering RS value propositions to our customers in driving Sales & Profit growth.  Deliver customer centricity by providing positive customer experience end to end from pre-sales to post sales activities for our high value customers.  Deliver high touch, high engagement, solution-focused to our valuable customers.


Key Accountabilities

  • To effectively use the RS value proposition to differentiate RS from our competitors in the minds of their contacts;
  • Partner with Field Sales closely to identify and build up clients’ needs and strategy to achieve company goals in responsible field;
  • Proactively call out to explore new business opportunities. Provide solutions to meet customer needs by the implementation of relevant and cost-effective value added services;
  • To support Field Sales pre-sales administrative work (quotation, one-off discount, ordering);
  • Further grow new customer and maintain existing customer, while developing new markets to expand business mainly via out/in-bound call, or email, such as proactively explore new business opportunities, especially for RS Pro brand etc.;
  • Maintain accurate customer records in SAP ERP, and can well leverage company database as one of the key channels to main and manage sales;
  • Work with FS and internal team to solve any issue related to business process. Work with customer service in serving customer better and raising customer satisfaction rate. (NPS)
  • Responsible for AR collection with support from finance team;
  • Complete any other top-down task from company, such as participating product training, marketing campaign, CI projects, EH&S, and etc.;
  • Other task assigned by manager.


Person Specification

  • College degree or above;
  • 3-5 years telesales/customer service experience in online B2B/B2C business, MRO or Electronics industry will be a plus;
  • Strong communication skill, good at selling, negotiation, and customer engagement; and a good team player;
  • A faster learner, result driven, target-oriented, diligent with self-motivated to finish field billing target;
  • Can work independently under pressure with efficiency;
  • Familiar with software tool like excel, PPT, ERP (CRM, SAP, QM2), etc.
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin.
