As part of the DesignSpark experience team, you will help initiate and deliver content and technology-led solutions for the German language DesignSpark websites.

You will support the DesignSpark team in the development of key programmes and initiatives for delivery on the DesignSpark Platform. You will also identify and deliver localised opportunities specific to the regions which may involve working with local 3rd party partners/influencers/suppliers. These activities will deliver valuable content and projects for design engineers, suppliers and students.


What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:

  • Support and apply the global conversion programme aligned to the DesignSpark strategy as appropriate for DesignSpark Germany
  • Advise, manage and execute supplier activities agreed as per marketing plans that demonstrate technically how to use and adopt new technology products in future designs
  • Manage the development of engaging content including products, technologies, services and software & tools as part of building the overall DesignSpark experience within your region
  • Develop a talent pool of 3rd Party Partnerships (Bloggers) within your region to increase levels of content provision for our Suppliers (Projects, Technology and Software)
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital development to continually improve customer journey and user experience
  • Manage and coordinate translations of content including videos
  • Ensure high standard of content moderation (inc. Forums for the German websites). Swift execution of content loading including translations


What you will bring:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in a Marketing, Social or Digital environment would be preferrable
  • Strong customer focus
  • Good understanding of engineering technology
  • Ability to stimulate discussion and connect people
  • Strong networking and professional communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of different target audiences (professional design engineer, university under-graduates in engineering disciplines, makers)
  • Self-motivated and driven
