What You’ll Do
As part of a cross functional agile team, you will be focused on delivering high quality software to our customers. Because we use DevOps to deliver software, a big part of your role will be helping to write automated test scripts and working with the team to embed quality into both our code and our process. Occasionally, you’ll do manual testing for key features that need extra attention. You will collaborate and interact effectively with the engineering team and other cross-functional teams to execute projects

What you’ll need to know

  • Good understanding of test driven development and how it’s used in the DevOps world
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
  • Selenium, Manual and Automation testing and through knowledge around STLC and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to use a number of different automated testing tools, such as Selenium, Katalon ,Jmeter to write automated tests
  • Conducts end-to-end testing on applications and technology, to ensure that business, technical, functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC.
  • Understand how to help the team write code so that automated tests are less fragile
  • Collaborate on manual and automated regression testing strategy
  • Identify, collaborate on, and track defects, issues, and risk
  • Work with the team to setup smoke tests in the production environment to support Production Release
  • Experience with WEB  application performance testing
  • Good Understanding on “web services testing required”
  • Good Knowledge on how to track and measure the quality of the application 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing 
  • Backend API automation is a plus
  • Good Understanding on Browser stack to test different browsers is a plus


Essential Qualifications, Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ecommerce, Computer Science or related experience. 
  • A least 5 years of experience in Software testing
  • Minimum 3-4 Years of Automation testing experience 
  • Experience working on both Agile and DevOps teams
  • Great communication skills and ability to talk to both business and technical colleagues
  • Experience with Automation tools such as Katalon , Jmeter , Selenium 
  • Must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Visual Studio Experience is a plus 
  • Familiar with  coding in CSS, JavaScript, Java, C# or similar language is a big plus
