Graphic Designer

Job Description

The graphic designer is responsible for the following processes:

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Collaborate with marketing project managers to schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Concept visuals based on the requirements
  • Obtain approval of concept by submitting layout for review
  • Create digital assets for the appropriate marketing channel, including landing pages, emails, social media visuals, documents and advertising collateral
  • Work with marketing project managers and senior designer to finalize the design
  • Amend designs after constructive feedback from internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are formatted correctly for the appropriate medium

About the role

As we are undergoing an evolution from a distributor to a solutions provider, we are looking for a graphic designer with 3-5 years’ experience to join our well-oiled design machine to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media to support getting our products and solutions in front of the right audience at the right time to drive growth.


What is the role of a graphic designer?

The graphic designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics for cross-media applications, including:

  • Familiarity with HTML design for emails and landing pages
  • Strong document layout skills
  • Illustration
  • Logo concepting
  • Photo manipulation using Adobe Creative Suite

While remaining within corporate brand standards, the designs created by this role should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, the graphic designer should have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design, while maintaining existing brand guidelines. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience, while learning and growing with the company.


What we’re looking for


  • 3-5 years of proven graphic design experience
  • A strong portfolio of compelling digital assets including emails, landing pages, ads, and creative layouts
  • Layout skills¬, both traditional and HTML
  • Creativity and flexibility are a must, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Great organizational stills to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Video and animation skills are a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to learn and absorb critical feedback
