A Hybrid - Field based role, we are looking for Account Managers to join our FTSE100 globally renowned organisation and cover a base region around North London.

What will you be doing?

 

Spending the majority of your time 'on the road', you will be the key point of contact for our customers. These companies are incredibly varied, coming from a wealth of different industries and backgrounds. We will look to you work closely with these customers to develop repeat business, protect and grow existing revenue, as well as safeguard profit margins, and in order to this you will need to:

 

  • Identify and target revenue potential within your portfolio
  • Producing robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets
  • Building a detailed understanding of the customers, markets, and competitors
  • Maintaining and upkeep accurate customer records
  • Building coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets

 

What do you need to be successful?

 

  • Experience in a field-based sales role with account management responsibilities
  • Proven ability in strategic thinking and planning
  • Someone who takes a solution-led consultative approach to their work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • A flexible individual who is willing to embrace change
  • Any Salesforce CRM experience would be a bonus!
  • And of course – a driving licence is essential!
