About the role

As part of the UK&I Leadership Team, the Senior People Excellence Lead will lead a team of L&D professionals to execute against a fit for purpose, value add development strategy that upskills our people and is a fundamental enabler for the market to achieve its growth strategy.

The People Excellence strategy will be intrinsically linked to the business requirements, with clear metrics and data that demonstrate the ROI on all development activity and deliver contemporary solutions that will accelerate the market.

What we’re looking for

  • Based on strategic business alignment, develop and deliver the UK&I development strategy for c550 people
  • Clear communication and engagement plan for all stakeholders involved, namely the UK&I LT and EMEA stakeholders as necessary
  • Working closely with the EMEA Selling & Service Excellence function, design and deliver the next phase of the Sales Development programme which includes leadership as well as solution selling skills.
  • To create KPIs that clearly measure the return on investment of all development activity ensuring it is directly having beneficial impact on performance and helping realise the 5 year plan to double revenue
  • To ensure data is captured from development activity that will inform future decisions, such as skills gap analysis, regular effectiveness reviews
  • Ensure the strategy is embracing high quality blended learning, digital technology and future thinking around L&D methodologies.
  • Provide a framework where managers can access support with any specific L&D interventions such as team building.
  • Designing scalable L&D solutions that can be replicated across EMEA.
  • Partnering and leveraging external providers as necessary.
  • Budget management for all development activity as well as managing the team budget
