Payroll Reconciliation Specialist

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Payroll Reconciliation Specialist to join the EMEA team

 

 

About the role

 

Main responsibility for Payroll Reconciliation Specialist is to perform payroll reconciliation for UK and Ireland and implementation of the reconciliation process for the other EMEA markets to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions. Also implement a process to be followed monthly by the permanent teams.

 

This role is as a 6-month Fixed Term position and offers Hybrid working where you can work from home and once a week in the Corby Office.

 

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Perform general ledger Balance Sheet reconciliations for payroll related transactions for UK and Ireland
  • Implement the reconciliation process across all EMEA markets
  • Provide training for the new reconciliation process to the other Payroll/Finance team members
  • Support with external Audit requests by providing the relevant reports for year end

 

 

What you will bring to this role

 

  • Minimum 3 years of specific experience in reconciling accounting payroll for large enterprise organisation
  • CIPP qualified
  • Ability to identify errors
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel
  • Working knowledge of automated accounting systems (SAP experience would be an advantage)
  • Broad experience reconciling financial Balance Sheet accounts
