We have a fantastic opportunity to join us a Commercial Procurement Manager (Logistics & Supply Chain), you will proactively support our Supply Chain Logistics and Transport teams Globally. You will provide advice and deliver effective procurement processes to drive improvements across all modes including air, sea, road, and rail.

What you will do

  • Review and apply best in class category management tools & techniques, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Identify and deliver competitive tendering, negotiation, and market engagement.
  • Continuously review processes within the business to ensure effective controls are in place, particularly in relation to the adoption of global frameworks.
  • Drive strategic change initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Demonstrating Commercial excellence and insight to influence key stakeholders.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to identify and optimise existing contracts in line with Group procurement strategy, compliance, and control.


What we’re looking for

  • Experience working in a senior Logistics procurement role, with experience of procuring and negotiating contracts.
  • Experience of working globally across Logistics and Supply Chain operations, particularly in parcel-based businesses.
  • Strong commercial acumen, demonstrated through reviewing contracts and negotiating agreements end to end.
  • High energy, entrepreneurial and passionate about driving and sustaining Commercial value
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and 3rd party suppliers to exceed business objectives.
