About the role

 

As an Insight Analyst, you will support commercial, customer experience and channel effectiveness insights across all commercial channels (with a focus on digital) to identify new commercial opportunities, inform decisions and optimise investments.

You will support the digital teams and Lead digital analyst in preparing relevant insights, conversion rate optimisation, journey analysis and producing measurement for campaigns.

 

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Produce commercial, customer experience and channel effectiveness insights across all commercial channels to identify new commercial opportunities, inform decisions and optimise investments.
  • Support the local marketing teams and analysts in preparing campaign objectives, relevant insights and producing measurement.
  • Build reports and provide analytical support for key activities such as brand marketing, performance marketing, supplier marketing, lifecycle and digital.
  • Work in cross-functional teams and provide deep dive customer related analytic projects e.g. attribution, CLTV modelling.
  • Explore quantitative and qualitative data and existing reports to give a comprehensive overview and commentary on the performance and possibilities to improve the marketing mix.
  • Produce strategic marketing, product and digital dashboards and insight and use these to inform areas where we need to over/under invest.

  • Worked in a multi-national matrix organisation marketing community
  • Retail experience in B2B
  • Commercially astute
  • Digitally experienced
  • Worked with marketing agencies external agencies
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Creativity
  • Experience in digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, Business Objects
  • Knowledge data visualisation techniques (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of online customer journey analysis, attribution modelling, experimentation and product analysis
  • Ability to multi-task across numerous projects.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to tell the commercial narrative of complex information to a non-technical audience.
