Group Operational Auditor

Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our offices at Corby and London (Kings Cross).

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Operational Auditor to join our team. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring operational efficiency, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact.

What you will be doing:

As an Operational Auditor, you will play a crucial role in assessing and improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of our operational processes. You will work closely with various departments to evaluate internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance operational performance.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment where your expertise will help drive positive change within RS.

About you:

• Proven experience in operational auditing, internal auditing, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• High ethical standards, integrity, tenacity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel, as needed.
