Finance Transformation Manager

Location: This role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and working at our Corby office.

We are looking for a Finance Manager - EMEA Transformation to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract at this exciting time. You will will be responsible for the financial management and planning of the EMEA Transformation projects. This will involve forecasting and IP support along with the aggregation, tracking and reporting of project financials and the timely reporting of these results and projections leadership teams.
What you will do
- Directly accountable for the accurate compilation and reporting of all EMEA project financials and investment appraisals on a monthly basis.
- Work closely with financial colleagues in regions and functions to ensure the correct financial data is reported at a workstream and regional level in relation to group transformation initiatives.
- Compile and forecast the benefits, capital expenditure requirements, and operating cost requirements to ensure the summary plan is both affordable and optimised.
- Ensure appropriate project performance and appraisal metrics are both in place and tracked on a regular basis centrally and within region.
- Review, challenge and critique Investment Appraisals as presented to ensure disciplined investment decisions are made.
- Work collaboratively with functional areas to influence and shape future strategic investment plans.
What we’re looking for
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Reporting, forecasting and budgeting experience and decision support capability.
- A good understanding of project appraisal tools and models.
- Has the experience and gravitas to be able to operate with colleagues within the commercial and functional leadership teams
- Self-motivated, resilient and enthusiastic
