We have an exciting opportunity to join our own brand, RS Pro, team as the Brand Manager.


You will be responsible for the development of the RS PRO brand awareness, acceleration, and conversion of sales.


About the role

  • Development of the Go-to-Market strategy in line with the RS PRO Global plan.
  • Creation and delivery of training solutions to Sales teams across the local Market
  • Support reporting and provide opportunity guidance and direction.
  • Provide training of the sales pricing tools
  • Create sales incentive, competition and connected ROI improvements aligned with the local market
  • Provide focused data science approach to support sales opportunity and guide sales communities with the findings and results
  • Report and Act on local market Inventory and availability position, driving actions with Supply chain when required.
  • Work with EMEA pricing team to optimise insights and act on challenges to provide strong position aligned with RS PRO value proposition
  • Provide Senior stakeholders with regular reporting and action-based approach to RS PRO market trading
  • Support the reseller strategy with local market and RS PRO to maximise brand awareness
  • Support and coordinate all local events internal and external in Local market
