About the role:
This role will report directly into the SEO & Content Manager for APAC and will be responsible for the SEO & Content output for the region including the delivery of the SEO & content plan and performance analysis of activities. In addition, the role will also manage the delivery of experimentation, keyword grouping and task recommendations for all of APAC. The role will also be responsible for delivering APAC content improvements covering all content elements, including taxonomy, Indexable Filters, copies, attributes, images & datasheets. The delivery of these activities will be for all markets in APAC excluding Japan & China (HK, TW, TH, PH, SG, MY, AU, NZ – all of which are EN speaking markets).
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the SEO & Content plan for the rest of APAC (English Markets)

Monitor performance of the SEO channel and report back to senior management using data and insight to make suggestions of improvements

Manage 3rd party agencies to improve SEO & Content performance for your markets

Deliver all content elements including taxonomy, Indexable Filters, copies, attributes, images & datasheets

Deliver activities for experimentation, keyword grouping (SEO) & task recommendations (SEO)

Work closely with the global teams to understand key taxonomy, sitemap, content and other changes that will impact SEO performance and manage the delivery of those activities

Facilitate communication with key stakeholders on planning & performance – using Analytical data

Liaise with other areas of the business to understand requirements and pro-actively communicate with stakeholders to suggest changes, improvements, and influence future plans

Proactively research, analyse, disseminate, and maintain market intelligence information for the commercial teams

Proactively look for new ways to grow SEO channel on top of the current activities for your markets

Seeking new opportunities to grow each customer segment

Work with local management teams to identify areas of focus for the business and improve SEO & Content performance in those areas
Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years hands-on project management or planning experience; delivering quantifiable results

Excellent communication and networking skills with an ability to work in a multinational environment with stakeholders from different departments with shared responsibilities across regions / time zones

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily workload whilst working accurately under pressure; adjusting and modifying at short notice

Self-starter with the ability to identify new opportunities to help meet the overall objectives and work closely with Technical teams to understand opportunities and constraints of digital disciplines

Proven track record of defining and implementing SEO & Content activities

Proven ability of managing external agencies to get the best assets to drive campaigns.

Ability to interpret customer experience / market research / analytical data to develop new and existing content and campaigns

Shows evidence of pro-activity, commerciality and a great enthusiasm for marketing and driving change

Confidence and ability to present/feedback to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity

Operational knowledge of Google Search, SEO and content

Strong understanding of the technology that enables Digital Marketing

Ability to analyze web and mobile visitors’ behaviors

Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics

Strong analytical approach to problem solving

Excellent written and spoken communications skills in English

Asian language skills (SEA language is an advantage
