About the role:
This role will report directly into the Marketing & Digital Director for APAC and will be responsible for the SEO & Content output for the region including the SEO & content strategy, performance analysis and the budget management of all activities. In addition, the role will also manage the prioritisation, experimentation, keyword grouping (SEO) and task recommendation (SEO) for all of APAC. The role will also be responsible for ensuring APAC content improvements covering all content elements, including taxonomy, Indexable Filters, copies, attributes, images & datasheets.
Responsibilities:

Define SEO & Content strategy for the region and deliver this through the team

Monitor performance of the SEO channel and report back to senior management using data and insight to make suggestions of improvements

Manage 3rd part agencies to improve SEO & Content performance

Budget management of SEO & Content spend

Manage all content elements, including taxonomy, Indexable Filters, copies, attributes, images & datasheets

Mange the prioritisation, experimentation, keyword grouping (SEO), task recommendation (SEO) & Bright Edge platform

Work closely with the global teams to understand key taxonomy, sitemap, content and other changes that will impact SEO performance and manage the risk of these deliveries.

Facilitate communication with key stakeholders on planning & performance – using Analytical data

Liaise with other areas of the business to understand requirements and pro-actively communicate with stakeholders to suggest changes, improvements, and influence future plans

Proactively research, analyse, disseminate, and maintain market intelligence information for the commercial teams

Proactively look for new ways to grow SEO channel on top of the current activities

Regular planning and scheduling of progress reviews and changes: Digital Teams and Commercial Teams, Divisions

Align and contribute to governance and compliance to corporate social media channel strategies, overall roadmap, priorities, processes, and tools

Complete management of APAC analytical activities including the communication of this data to the business

Seeking new opportunities to grow each customer segment
Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years hands-on project management or planning experience; delivering quantifiable results

People management experience preferably across cultures and geographies
-
Excellent communication and networking skills with an ability to work in a multinational environment with stakeholders from different departments with shared responsibilities across regions / time zones

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily workload whilst working accurately under pressure; adjusting and modifying at short notice

Self-starter with the ability to identify new opportunities to help meet the overall objectives and work closely with Technical teams to understand opportunities and constraints of digital disciplines

Proven track record of defining and implementing SEO & Content strategies

Proven ability of managing external agencies to get the best assets to drive campaigns.

Ability to interpret customer experience / market research / analytical data to develop new and existing content and campaigns

Ability to work with planning and/or standard project management software and tools

Shows evidence of pro-activity, commerciality and a great enthusiasm for marketing and driving change

Confidence and ability to present/feedback to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity

Operational knowledge of Google & Baidu Search, SEO and content

Strong understanding of the technology that enables Digital Marketing

Ability to analyze web and mobile visitors’ behaviors

Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics

Strong analytical approach to problem solving

Excellent written and spoken communications skills in English
