Role Purpose
Identify business potentials by providing effective coverage to the contact base. To achieve and exceed monthly territory sales revenue target and quarterly sales target, as set by the Area Sales Manager. This involves generating sales turnover growth in line with the achievement of Company budgets and agreed KPM primarily Sales and Gross Profit Margin.
Responsibilities

Work closely with the team for territory development.

Ensure that customer and end-user requirements relating to perceived product value are understood and assist in the translation of this information into advantaged product and sales strategies.

The targeted number of successful calls should be planned, attempted and achieved each working day.

To achieve effective territory coverage through the planning of sales calls to contacts within the framework of the customer call plan, achieving call frequencies consistent with the level of current or potential sales revenue.

Accountable for gathering competitive information from customer and market feedback and communicating it to the Sales Management.

Complete sales task with the planned contacts, ensuring their buying authorities and internal purchasing procedures are understood.

Effectively set objectives of call, record outcome of the sales task on the Contact Notes on the same day as the call, plus updating the weekly sales report on daily basis. Complete all other sales and general administration work in a timely and professional manner.

Accountable for maintaining effective communication with all internal and external support services to ensure their commitment to the attainment of the sales and financial growth objective.

Maintain and develop professional selling skills through participation in Company trainings, self learning, or double working with the Sales Engineers.

Communicates fully with superiors and others who have the need to know. Be informative without being obtrusive or vexatious. Communicate in a way that is timely, yet prompt; complete, yet-precise; candid yet accurate; and clear, yet responsive especially when it involves sales and sales related matters

Find new business opportunities in existing accounts through the identification of new contacts.

Internal Account Executive are to ensure their assigned contacts obtain a copy of our RS catalogue & web site. Therefore, all records should be reviewed regularly and amendments made to the customer database in the format laid down by the company.

To ensure all reports are on time and accurate.

Identify any information relevant to market intelligence, including reports on the competitors’ activities and relay it to the Sales Management on the Weekly Report.

Other duties which may be assigned from time to time to achieve corporate objectives.
What we’re looking for

2-3 years of experience relating to Sales, Telesales and service mind.

Industrial background is preferrable.

Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Strong planning, prioritisation, and time management skills

Customer focused attitude (internal and/or external).

Good Command in speaking and writing English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
