Agile Delivery Manager

Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a remote role with some occasional travel to our Corby and London offices.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Delivery Manager to create and implement an appropriate demand management & service delivery model, ultimately to make great quality, well understood data and analytics products available to the applications and people that can then drive analytics and insights into the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to drive real change in the transformation of our Data & Analytics space.

What you will do

• Manage all Data & Analytics demand, including identification of data requirements, from initial contact (Conception) through to full Implementation
• Manage all Data & Analytics services, ensuring that solutions are appropriately defined and agreed, embedding sprint planning and agile delivery principles
• Take ownership and provide leadership, to deliver current and future demand of the Data & Analytics portfolio
• Translate complex business demand into clear, manageable, and actionable plans, and determine resource requirements to enable solution design
• Engage with new Data & Analytics initiatives across the organisation as they emerge
• Promote an ethos of agile delivery and embed self-managing, high-performing teams
• Proactively create and maintain a strong network of connections with all key stakeholders, working closely with colleagues focused on driving insights-driven decisions

A bit about you

• Experience with leading high performing and engaged teams
• Experience of data transformation delivery, global experience is desirable
• Ability to establish credibility and develop effective business relationships with colleagues
• Proven ability working within a KPI driven environment
• Track record of applying both Agile and Waterfall project management techniques with understanding of project management methodologies and approaches - for example, SCRUM, Kanban and use of tools likes Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence etc
• Strong organisational, problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels
• Can do attitude – the ambition and drive to challenge, deliver excellence and be positive about change
• Strong professional impact – credibility and integrity are key
